AAA Approved Auto Repair

This program takes the guess-work out of choosing a mechanic. AAA examines every aspect of a repair facilities' operations, and only those shops that meet AAA's strict criteria for equipment, staff qualifications and customer satisfaction earn the AAA distinction. In addition, AAA members receive a written estimate, guaranteed inspection of replacement parts and a 12 month/12,000 miles warranty. (Here at Dan's Tire and Auto we warranty all of our parts and service!) Problems with these facilities are rare, but in the event this happens, AAA provides you with a dispute resolution process.

AAA's network of Approved Auto Repair facilities must meet and maintain challenging performance standards while providing reliable and courteous service.

• Employment of qualified automotive technicians who have demonstrated their credentials. All of our technicians are ASE Certified.



• Full-service repair facilities must have the tools and equipment necessary to provide a broad range of repair services including repairs to engines, brakes, and electrical systems. At Dan's we are keeping up on the lastest advances in the field and use the latest, state of the art, equipment.



• Service reputation and workmanship exhibited that meets or exceeds AAA's performance standards. Before AAA approves a facility, customers are asked to rate their past experiences with that facility. Dan's just received the 2009 AAA Top Shop Award. This award was given based on the feedback of our clients. Top Shop Awards are granted to the facilities that maintain a 97% customer satisfaction rating (or higher). This has made Dan's Tire and Auto listed as AAA's Best of the Best!
